1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from within the United States. Our base is in New York City.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time (US): 2–4 business days after dispatch
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States.


4. How do I track my order?

After your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also contact us if you need help.


5. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Do you offer warranty on products?

Yes! All instruments and gear come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
